After 30 years in the culinary world, I craved freedom from the same old menus. So, I created Brat Chef—where beautiful recipes meet amazing taste. I bring the world’s finest ingredients—wagyu beef, king crab, and more—right to your table, blending global flavors with local twists. Whether it’s an intimate dining experience or a lively buffet, I’m here to make your food dreams real. After completing my qualifications at Corpus Christi College in Cambridge, rooted in classical French cuisine, I set out to be as good as everyone—and better than the rest. From a three-star Michelin kitchen to the heart of Italian delis, Greek tavernas, and vibrant Indian, Thai, Spanish, and more—each kitchen shaped me. My mantra remains: texture, flavour, aroma, appearance—authentic and always striving to surpass.

Cooking is an act of joy and connection, rooted in knowledge and respect. I celebrate the seasonality of vibrant fruits and vegetables, and the careful selection of sustainable fish and meats. From slow cooking to quick searing, technique is key—but so is the love you bring. I aim to pass this knowledge on, so the next generation cooks with care—for their plates and our planet.
